A dog saved a neighborhood from a gas leak in Philadelphia (USA). A 4-year-old husky dog smelled the odor and started digging a hole where the accident occurred.
The owner of the dog, nicknamed Kobe, is named Sh. Bell. She said her pet suddenly dug a hole in the front yard of her home and literally did not move from the spot. According to Bell, this struck her as rather odd, as Kobe had not dug in the ground at all before. The woman buried the hole, but a few days later the pet dug it again. Bell made attempts to pull the pet away, but he stubbornly refused to leave the place.
Kobe’s unusual behavior made the owner think that, in all probability, the dog was trying to warn her about something. She checked the pit with a special device and it showed the maximum level of gas leakage.
