UNStudio reports that the project was inspired by Honcheonsigye, an astronomical clock that displays the movement of celestial bodies. Specialists from partner companies evaluated the wind resistance and earthquake resistance of the facility. The project also involves the construction of a ziplane and a separate branch of the railroad monorail to the nearest subway. The start of the active phase is scheduled for 2025, and commissioning is scheduled for 2028.
