NASA decided to postpone the mission out of choice. The agency is concerned that the Starship spacecraft will not be able to be built in time due to several prototype explosions.
The discussion of these concerns is reminiscent of the space race between the U.S. and the former Soviet Union more than 50 years ago when man first set foot on the moon.
